Public transport in Stralsund

Public transport in Stralsund happens by bus.

For an overview, please use the following map http://www.stadtwerke-stralsund.de/data/modules/nvsfahrplan/nvsnetzplan.php ! You can buy tickets in the bus with coins (1,80 Euro).

The most relevant stations for you are

the railway station (in German: "Hauptbahnhof", in the center of the map)
and "Zur Schwedenschanze" or "Lilienthalstraße" (where the University of Applied Science and the students accomodation are located, at the top of the map).

Please use Bus No. 1 or 4; it takes approximately 10 minutes. The following timetable is valid only for monday-friday; not for saturday/sonday.

Bus connection from Hauptbahnhof to conference rooms / students accommodation with Bus No. 1

If you wish to go to the students accommodation, escape the bus at "Zur Schwedenschanze".

If you wish to go to the conference rooms, please escape at "Fachhochschule". Some busses do not drive to Fachhochschule. Don't worry, escape at "Zur Schwedenschanze" and have a walk - it's just some hundred meters.
